Bookings are made using the form which can be downloaded from the workshop schedule web page.

 

 

Securing workshop places: places at the workshops are limited. They can be secured only in one of the following ways:

 

By debit/credit card payment. We accept Mastercard (debit and credit) and Visa card (debit and credit) payments. The cardholder signature must be included on the registration form and faxed or posted to us.

 

By cheque drawn on a UK bank and made payable to Singleimage Limited, together with the completed registration form.

We can also accept bank transfers, but only if we first receive a purchase order. Please advise your bank to use STP (Straight Through Processing), to include the delegate's family name and workshop code in the transfer instructions and provide confirmation.

Confirmation: on receipt of the booking form and credit card payment/cheque/purchase order, an email will be sent to you confirming your place at the workshop, and an invoice will be issued. If you do not receive these within four working days of submitting the booking form, please contact us. Joining instructions, including directions to the workshop venue and the final agenda for the workshop, will be sent to registered participants by email about one week before event. Please ensure that the registration form includes the email address of the workshop participant.

VAT: Singleimage is registered in the UK for VAT (Value Added Tax). Our registration number is 688 6628 63. For workshops held in the UK, VAT is payable at the current UK rate. This applies to all types of organisations, whether VAT registered or not. It applies equally to organisations from outside the UK, because the place of supply of the service is the UK.

Invoices: will be issued for all orders placed. The invoice includes our VAT number, company registered address and registration number, as required by UK law. It also includes the name and date of the workshop and the name of the registered participant.

Cancellations: a refund of 80% of the fee will be made if you cancel in writing two weeks prior to the event. After that date, the whole fee will be forfeited. Substitutions are welcome at any time but must be confirmed by email or fax before the event. Singleimage reserves the right to cancel the workshop if necessary, in which case the fees will be refunded.

Booking problems: the most frequent problem we experience is that booking forms are delayed within purchasing departments. If your booking is done through a purchasing department, please ask them to inform you when the order has been sent to us.
