VAT: Trust-IT Srl is registered in Italy for IVA (VAT - Value Added Tax). Our registration number (Partita IVA P.I.) is 01870130505. For workshops held in Italy, VAT is payable at the current Italian rate (20%). This applies to all types of organisations, whether VAT registered or not. It applies equally to organisations from outside Italy, because the place of supply of the service is Italy.

Invoices: will be issued for all orders placed. The invoice includes our VAT number, company registered address and registration number, as required by Italian law. It also includes the name and date of the workshop and the name of the registered participant.

Cancellations: a refund of 80% of the fee will be made if you cancel in writing two weeks prior to the event. After that date, the whole fee will be forfeited. Substitutions are welcome at any time but must be confirmed by email or fax before the event. Trust-IT Srl  reserves the right to cancel the workshop if necessary, in which case the fees will be refunded.

Booking problems: the most frequent problem we experience is that bank transfers are delayed. If your payment is being made by bank transfer, please ask the bank to write clearly the participant SURNAME together with FP7 when organizing the transfer. Once the transfer has been made please send us a copy by fax together with your registration form – Fax: +39-050-503325.
